Ditto, Rongone. The AARP was once the stalwart for legislative change for seniors. I don't know what happened about 20 years ago--perhaps the need for money was so great back then to make a change--but selling insurances and the rest is about all we've heard from then since. I never joined and never will because of this and their lack of action on behalf of seniors.

Weird email from Wolfe's office regarding his vetoing the PA abortion bill which I am in agreement but why is he asking recipients to "chip in" three dollars or more "to show Harrisburg you're standing with me to protect a women's constitutional right to choose"? Is he expecting to receive a minimum amount to actually exert his veto or not?

How could we, Tennyson. Trump is planning on putting all the unemployed miners back to work, killing Obama's water protection so more drillers can be employed and if he's successful killing Dodd-Frank, wow, look at all those crooked mortgage people who will be re-employed. Not to worry, America, Trump's gonna fix everything that's not broken.
