This story makes me almost breathless reading it.  I suffer with COPD but am doing quite well without the O2 in my home and generally I can go about my business (including using my snow blower!) with no difficulties. I can sympathize with those suffering with Black Lung Disease because I too went nearly breathless for a time until proper medical treatment arrived.  Good luck to them all.

It seems the Democrats have rolled over and died.  Caput.  Gone.

My favorite is when the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sings it.  Their Christmas program that's televised began to change a few years ago by adding many dancers and bell ringers.  They've moved far away from their traditional Christmas shows which included the Handel's Messiah.  I have a cd, many years old by now, that is a recording of one of those traditional shows which I play several times throughout the season.

Interviewed on MSNBC the other night several Trumpsters were asked why they voted for him.  Most responded that they knew he would not accomplish what he was saying at the rallies but wanted change and wanted Hilliary to never be president.

I always wonder why vehicles are out on the streets and highways following ample notice of impending weather. This bad weather was predicted for the entire east coast so why attempt to drive in it?

Does Trump ask ever himself why that happened?  Not likely since he seemed to relish the raucous attention.  I can't help wonder what he's going to do once president.  It's not very presidential to go around the country like a raving maniac to feed your narcissism.

Rachel Maddow tonight discussed the "wrongs" (that Tennyson refers to in his post) that happened after each new president takes office, usually in the springtime.  It happened to Nixon, JFK, Reagan Bush II and others.  She describes the incidents by foreign countries as a test to the new president.  How will he react, what will our government do and so on.  She had noted guests on her show suggesting that "spring" has come early for Trump when the Chinese stole the Navy's underwater drone in retaliation to his phone call with Taiwan.  All agreed.  It is Trump's turn now.  The difference between Trump's problem and the previous presidents is that he has no experience in diplomacy to handle this situation nor do any of his appointees.
