Re: Ted Cruz: poser or blindingly dangerous nincompoop?

I choose a little from column A and a little from column B.

He certainly breaks the cardinal rule about keeping your muzzle down. But since my overall knowledge of guns is fairly minimal, there's no way for a shell to be discharged in that scenario, right?

I think you're going to see a lot of different United States of America over the next three, four, or eight years. - President Donald J. Trump

The action is open, so there is no danger.
But he really should get into the habit of controlling where the muzzle points, so that when he does handle a weapon with the action closed, he won't be a menace.

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Re: Ted Cruz: poser or blindingly dangerous nincompoop?

I'm going to have to say poser when it comes to his second amendment protecting hunter persona. Not because of his obvious ignorance concerning gun safety, but because of his hunting garb being spotlessly clean. My son-in-law and grandson hunt a lot, and their hunting clothes are filthy.

As far as a reasonable candidate for the presidency, I'll stay with Cruz as the blindingly dangerous nincompoop.

I'm going with nincompoop on this multiple choice question.
