    WOW!  I already have a dish of tomatoes & onions with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar made that can be tossed into the bowl and I have the bread which I'll leave out tonight.  The rest I'll prepare tomorrow with fresh greens so it will be semi-fresh when I eat it tomorrow.  Can't wait!
