Just had a great time in NYC.
Did a tenement tour which wasn't great.
Then the 911 Memorial and Museum. Extremely powerful. We all cried.
Today I toured the JP Morgan Library. The only place on earth to have Three Gutenberg Bibles. A wonderful Gilded age adventure.
Then I stocked up on supplies at Eataly. Good food? Fuggedaboudit!

You are a brave soul touring in this extreme cold. You enjoyed the trip--except for the Eataly?

Just got back.
I would add the Frick collection as a great site as well.
We was a coke baron. (The kind they use to make steel).
His manson has an extensive art collect that has to be seen to be believed.
Greco, Titian, Monet, Turner, Rembrandt, and some really great medieval stuff as well.
It is well worth the visit.
And, yes, it is cold. But, it's all relative. NYC was in the 20s. But it was -9 on my porch in MA.

Flowergirl, I think you misunderstood. "fuggedaboudit" is Italian slang for saying he enjoyed it. Most likely immensely, knowing Goose and Italian cooking.
