In the 14 years I've been travelling I83 on a regular basis truck taffic has tripled and has turned into another I81.  While most that I observe travel at or close to the posted speed limits I often come upon a big truck weaving across painted lines.  I supect texting or talking on cell or other eletronic agadgets and have had a few close encounters.  I am particularly caution driving around these big rigs.
