The Stealth House has an electric water heater. The only fault I could find is the accessability of the controls to turn the temperature up or down.
Apparently my heater has an upper and lower element. I don't know if this design is standard in all electric water heaters.
I had to remove two panels and dig through a thick layer of insulation to get to the dials that control the temperature. On every gas heater I've ever had I just had to remove one panel and it's right there in front of you.
As far as operation goes, I have no complaints. The heater works great and I even had a limited amount of hot water after the power had been out for two days.
