Yeah, like the congress has been so helpful. They would take several weeks or months to order a pizza, and even then they would argue over what toppings to put on it. They wonder why their approval rating hovers around 12%.
Iran deal before CongressPublished July 17, 2015.
Republican lawmakers are fuming that the Obama administration is asking the U.N. Security Council to endorse the newly struck Iran nuclear deal before Congress gets a chance to have its say.
A vote on the agreement before the Security Council already has been set for Monday, with the resolution itself written and ready for consideration. Top-ranking lawmakers have fired off a series of letters to the president urging him to delay the vote, calling it an "affront" to the public and Congress to go to the U.N. first.

Fred, after much deliberation, debate, and mostly just nonsensical arguing, they'd order an extra large deluxe pizza supreme with everything on it for their own consumption (yes, even the so-called fiscal conservatives). Then, when the delivery guy shows up with the pizza, they'll notify the taxpayers that they have to pay the bill . . . plus tip.
What a bunch of worthless schmucks!

Looks like Congress is getting outmaneuvered.
Well played, Mr President.
Let 'em fume.
