Who lied about invading Iraq and to whom?

I wonder how he came to his conclusions?

Well, the Phase II report was delayed a number of times (not exactly a shocker) and it did not receive widespread coverage and follow up as it should have. ALL WARS have mistakes made, but this was well beyond calling what happened "mistakes".

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
