Recent threads on the Exchange about Clinton and democrats. Can you spot what's missing?
"I Don't Believe Hillary Clinton"
"Trump gave $100K to Clinton Foundation"
"Clintons earned moe than $25 Million for speeches"
"By the way, I gave $50K to Clinton Foundation"
"Hillary is Favorite among Millionaire Voters: Survey"
"Harvard Faculty donates to Democrats by large Margin"
"Schumer may Shatter fund raising records for Democrats"
"The Alinsky way of Governing"
"Hillary's Consciousness of Guilt"
"HIllary's Charity Taking Money from Foreign Governments"
What's missing?
If you guessed, any discussion of the issues, then you win a cookie. Nothing but attack pieces designed to get you to personally dislike Hillary Clinton and democrats.
I've got an idea. Let's make 2016 about issues. Let's talk about what these candidates might actually do on immigration, domestic spying, the war, education, etc if they are elected.
Let's lift our heads out of the muck and think.
I don't care if the candidate is rich, or if college professors support him. Don't try to make me envy his wealth. Don't try to manipulate people's hatred of elites.
I'm not expecting to find Mother Theresa in the field of candidates. I don't care if a candidate is "someone I'd like to have a beer with". I'm looking for someone with the skills to run what is perhaps the most complicated bureaucracy on the planet. Someone who will work to keep us prosperous, safe and free. A little concern for clean air and water would be a plus.
So, could we please talk about what these people actually want to DO in office?

No you are very wrong! There is a big issue from the postings
And it is TRUST!
Can you trust the person?
With all the lies and distortions from Hillary Clinton can the American public trust her?
I understand why you don’t want that question asked!
Oh just one more thing……
Where is all the concern with the attack pieces that are designed to get you to personally dislike any of the republicans. (you can name them) To make them boogie men or women over and over. A very one sided approach to the issue.
"Don't try to make me envy his wealth"
Are you in some kind of a bubble? What did the democratic party do to Romney regarding his wealth?
It's the Do as I say not as I do mind set! Next........................... lets keep the discussion high minded when that is beneficial for me and my point of view?

Good points. I would suggest watching and listening to Bernie Sanders. The guy is honest, he speaks only about policy and issues, and he has sworn not to run a negative campaign by taking snarky, personal shots. I have posted his platform on another thread. I hope the media and others take him seriously and not simply crown Clinton as the Democratic candidate.
