Retreat on his threat to close down the government and not get his Wall funding? 'Winning'!
Turning tail in Syria and ceding the region to of the Russians and Iran? 'Winning'!
Fear not.
The State run propaganda machine at Fox will spin every disastrous decision into a glorious victory. Every blunder becomes evidence of the Dear Leader's genius.
And the Trumpkins can't tell the difference.
