The Liar in Chief.
At a rallies last week, President Donald Trump told audiences the opioid bill passed with "very little Democrat support".
The bill passed in the Senate 98-1.
Every single Democrat supported it.
1 Republican, Mike Lee from Utah, did not.
In the House the bill passed 393 to 8.
Even a rare bipartisan achievement can't be celebrated.
Because it's not about getting things done. It's not about opioids, Healthcare, Jobs, immigration, or the environment.
It's about Donald Trump.
Trump wants us to hate each other.
That’s how he stays in power.

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Trump told a rally crowd that he is going to get a massive middle class tax cut passed by Congress "in the next week-and-a-half or two weeks,"
Of Course, Congress isn't even in session.
Say anything.
Just make it up.
The fans don't care.
