Yes, Donald Trump was the first Republican to win Wisconsin since Eisenhower did in 1952,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Well,,,, except for Eisenhower again in 1956, Nixon in 1960, 1968, 1972, and Reagan in 1980 and 1984.
Other than that, Trump was completely truthful. 
Oh, and the one state that Reagan did not win in 1984?
Minnesota.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
