    We're up to 16 sponsors pulling the plug.  Laura Ingraham announced she is taking a vacation to be with her kids.  No worries because the guest hosts she lined up are tremendous.  But, hey, Bill O'Reilly took a vacation at an opportune time, too, didn't he?

    When we stand up to the bullies and haters, they back down.
    Don't forget this.

    We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
