Got a Pressure Cooker for Christmas

I've never cooked with one before.
Tomorrow I am going to try pork carnitas (Mexican pulled pork) for tacos.

Anyone with experience in using pressure cookers?
Favorite recipes?

Re: Got a Pressure Cooker for Christmas

I inherited one which I have never used.

All I know is  that placing one, unattended, in a public place is a recipe for disaster.

Or at least a full scale bomb squad/hazmat response.

Re: Got a Pressure Cooker for Christmas

Well, the pulled pork cooked in about 45 minutes, as opposed  to the customary 6 hours.
And, I have to say, it was pretty darn good.
