Instead of a huge corporate tax cut, why not simply cut payroll taxes?

That would be a tax cut specifically aimed at working people.

That would put money into the pockets of people who buy washing machines, health insurance, groceries, clothing, etc.
Instead of trickle down,,, let's trickle over.

Why don't we do that?
