I beg to differ with you Goose, but the bill isn’t “being written by a small group of lawmakers”. It is being written and dictated to that small group by a conglomerate of select special interest group lobbyist staffers who expect that their desires will be well represented in the final bill. Then it will be up to that “small group of lawmakers” to piecemeal out the bill to their colleagues and the public — loudly declaring it to be for the benefit of the vast, hard working, middle class Americans that they represent . . . even though it really benefits those benefactors that pay all that money into the re-election campaigns of all those lawmakers.
