    So who did Trump nominate as our new drug czar ?

    Answer: Tom Marino (from Pa) who was just railed on this weeks 60 Minutes for his involvement in helping craft legislation to weaken our drug enforcement.

    We just watched that segment on 60 Minutes. The collusion between the drug manufacturers, distributors, and drug store chains with the justice department, DEA bigwigs, and the U.S. legislature is stunning. It is no wonder this newest “war on drugs” has been a complete failure. It proves, once again, that money means more than the welfare of our citizens to many on Capital Hill.

    Some days it seems hopeless !

    Yet another person appointed to an agency who is against the basic mission of that agency.

    We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

    Well, Marino is GONE !   Good riddance.
