Turning away from God
Turning away from God
A woman posted on Facebook today that the Las Vegas shooting happened because the nation had "turned away from God".
I'm sure she meant that we had turned away from conservative values and allowed prayer to be taken out of schools or gay marriage or something.
I have of course rejected that. But maybe she is right.
I watched this nation do nothing after the Sandyhook massacre. So, Maybe when this nation decided that having 26 children and their teachers splattered all over their elementary school was something they could bear, well, we turned away from God . Perhaps we are damned.
