Guns don't kill people, people kill people ....... and machine guns make killing alot of people easier. How about that?

Let's apply NRA speak to other weapons.
So, why are we so worried about North Korea?
Nukes don't kill people. People do.

Let's cut to the chase:
Nothing will change as a result of the LV shooting.
Nothing.
After Sandy Hook, when the nation decided that they were OK with 26 kids and teachers being splattered all over their elementary school, I figured that we were all damned.
Oh, Congress will do what it sees as its part. Flags have been lowered, thoughts and prayers tweeted, and sometime this week it will perform the moment of silence. Maybe a couple will even show up at the candlelight vigil.
It’s how they respond to mass shootings.
And that will be it.
Forgive me for my anger.
But, I can get a moment of silence before a football game.
I can look to my neighbors and my priest for thoughts and prayers.
What I want from Congress is honest analysis and common sense policy to lessen the danger of future massacres.
I will not get it.
Nothing will change.
We should pray for forgiveness for how we have failed in our most basic civil duty.
