Yesterday President Trump sent Jeff Sessions out to announce that the administration was ending DACA in six months and that Congress needed to do something. He didn't say what the administration would support.
By the end of the day Trump announced that he'd "revisit" his decision in six months if Congress did nothing.
So, what did Donald Trump accomplish? He didn't solve the immigration problem. DACA affects less than a million people.
He didn't address crime. You have to have a clean criminal record to be covered by DACA.
Well, he scared the hell out of 800,000 young people, and used them as pawns to send a political message to his base. He played on the hopes and fears of people on both sides of the immigration issue to score political points.
He divided us further.
And Trump once again diverted attention from the fact that he isn't governing.
There is no wall.
Obamacare was not replaced.
NAFTA wasn't torn up.
No Muslim ban.
North Korea continues to thumb their nose at us.
China was never branded a currency manipulator.
The stagnation of wages has not been addressed.
Tax cut? Unless you are a corporation I wouldn't bank on it.
Trump isn't governing. All he can do is to bluster, and create little melodramas to keep his base fired up, and americans divided.. "Fake news", "Lock her up".
And the world has figured Trump out. They know that his words are meaningless drivel designed for internal consumption.
Earlier this week Trump threatened to end all Trade with China over NK. It was such an empty, childish threat that
China didn't even bother to respond.
Because they know that our President is a bullshitter.
So does NK. So does Mexico. So does Russia. So does Europe.

Two things:
1. America first does not mean to hell with everyone else.
Hey, it's my kids first. But, that doesn't mean that I turn my back on the neighbor's kids.
2. Yesterday morning Trump sends his AG out to tell us that DACA will be stopped. He explains that Obama had no legal authority to do this. It isn't constitutional, and Congress must solve this.
By last night Trump was tweeting that if Congress didn't fix DACA in time that in six months he, the President, would "revisit" the rescinding of DACA.
So, in six months it suddenly becomes constitutional for a President to do DACA?
He really isn't any good at this,,,,,,,,,,,
