"What a Crowd. What a Turnout"

Trump said ‘what a crowd, what a turnout’ to Hurricane Harvey victims

The president addressed Hurricane Harvey victims like they were at one of his rallies at a public speech in Texas on Tuesday afternoon.

Trump said: ‘Thank you everybody, I just want to say we love you, you are special, we’re here to take care, it’s going well, and I want to thank you for coming out. We’re gonna get you back and operating immediately, thank you everybody — what a crowd, what a turnout.’

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Just ONE MORE tone deaf statement. He cared more about the crowd size gathered there than those who were NOT able to be there. The ego of the man is really sad.
