So Much Winning

Three polls this week show a nation in turmoil, and a people in discontent.

President Trump Job Approval (Gallup)  Approve 34, Disapprove 60  Disapprove +26

Congressional Job Approval (Economist/YouGov) Approve 11, Disapprove 67  Disapprove +56

Direction of Country (GWU/Battleground) Right Direction 28, Wrong Track 64  Wrong Track +36

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Re: So Much Winning

I think that while 36% of the population thinks the President's job is to insult reporters and lead chants of Lock her up for 4 years, the rest of us have begun to notice that nothing is being accomplished.

The Trump administration lurches from one self inflicted wound to the next, one melodrama after another, creating chaos where there should be order, never really achieving anything of importance. Let's face it, banning transgender troops doesn't crack the top 100 things that could make my life better.

We are an international laughing stock.
We are making it possible for business to pollute again.
Healthcare reform has been all but abandoned.
The President has further divided us along ideological and racial lines.
Tax cuts for the rich are coming.
And we can look forward to more of those freak shows like they had in Phoenix.

The President got one thing right,,,,,,,, we're getting tired of this

Re: So Much Winning

Trump cannot continue to disparage, threaten, and divide especially his OWN PARTY and expect anything to get done. He is NO leader thus far and I expect him to remain the same. IMHO he is incapable of changing his modus operandi.
