Attorney General Sessions says he was "amazed" by Constitution

"I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power,"

The President of the United States stopped by a judge sitting on an Island in the Pacific.
That Island in the Pacific?
Hawaii.
Also know as the 50th state.
Hey Jeff, offense taken.
I guess that, to be a "real American" you have to hail from Alabama.

Yea, I think that we can call this out as Dog whistle politics.

Sessions 'amazed' judge 'on an island in the Pacific' halted Trump travel order

Attorney General (And Henry Gibson double) Jeff Sessions says he was "amazed" a judge in Hawaii could halt President Trump's order blocking people from six predominately Muslim countries from entering the U.S.
A federal judge in Hawaii in March placed a nationwide hold on the president's revised travel order.

"I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power," Sessions said on "The Mark Levin Show," as first reported by CNN.

Sessions' remarks sparked quick criticism from Hawaii's Democratic senators.

Sen. Mazie Hirono tweeted, "this #IslandinthePacific has been the 50th state for going on 58 years. And we won’t succumb to your dog whistle politics."

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Boy, is this guy out-of-it or what?  Maybe we should reconsider the benefits of the North winning the Civil War.

I know EVERY Administration has its share of stupid statements, but this Administration is less than 100 days in and has amassed an amazing number of bone headed iterations already.
