'Armed and dangerous': Facebook Live killer may be in Pa., police say
Cleveland Police have issued a statement warning residents of Pennsylvania, New York and Michigan that a man wanted for a murder broadcast on Facebook Live may be in their area.Police are searching for Steve Stephens, 37. He was last seen wearing a dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt, driving a white Ford Fusion with temporary tags, according to police.Residents are asked to call 9-1-1 or local authorities if they see Stephens.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident,” former vice president Biden said during a campaign event in Texas on Monday. "All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”

State police: Cleveland Facebook killer shot self in head during police pursuit
Steve Stephens found dead of self-inflicted gunshot wound in white Ford Fusion on Buffalo Road, police confirmed. State police had been following the car and tried to disable it.
