Governing or Just Spite?
A thought about recent events.
Trump administration wants to cut programs that seek to limit children's exposure to lead paint, saving about $8 million.
Signs a Bill legalizing killing bear cubs in their dens.
Wants to eliminate funding for PBS and the endowment for the arts at no substantial savings. (0.0004 % of the budget.)
Wants to preserve the use of lead in ammo and fishing tackle.
Wants to eliminate grants that local entities use for meals on wheels.
Wants to free coal mining companies from the obligation to not pollute waterways.
Wants to remove protections for coal miners.
All symbolic stabs at liberals and intellectuals, of little substance.
It's time for republicans to realize that there is a difference between being a conservative and just being a dick

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

A list spun to achieve your goals to demonize the Trump administration. Everyone knows when the president send a budget to congress it's more symbolic. Congress will do what they want and come up with an actual budget. Politics at play here and that is the norm for Washington. Federal agencies under the Obama administration were out of control and trump ran on reining them in and that is happening. So the left will do what they do and scream we all are going to die because of the mean and nasty republicans. All the democrats are doing right is the resist BS! (Deny, Dispute, Destroy)
If they think that is going to win them any seats in the next election they will be very disappointed!

I'm afraid that you failed to address the point.
Why go after these things that are so peripheral just to be spiteful?
I'd love to hear a true conservative explain their worldview. But, sadly, all we get here is reflexive cheering for everything trump does or says. Hey we already have Sean Spicer for that.
Don't you have any original thoughts to go along with all of that hate?
