No big news. 

I really expected he would say more about Syria and WHY we did what we did and what is the commitment long term to the people of Syria. Nothing said about either in his weekly update which I though was odd given the significance.  

On the immigration enforcement, what he stated as not much different that what happened in all of 2016. ICE stats show what we deported over 300,000 illegal aliens and of those 300,000 about 60,000 were ICE arrests on the interior (not border) which is over 1,000 per week. The vast majority of those arrests were criminal offenders. So really not any different although Trump acts as if it is. 

The slowdown on border crossing has nothing to do with Trump initiatives as there has been no new barriers built or any major incremental border patrols. 

While some companies are pledging job growth, we have quite a number of major retailers facing massive closures and jobs losses. The latest job growth (March) was the lowest since last May. 

Of his meeting with the foreign leaders he failed to state any real things that came out of them if any really did. 

We have been and are a strong country. We really have YET TO SEE Trump legislation pass that will actual HELP (or HURT) our economy. 

I like that he IS doing weekly updates, but you really have to understand the difference between what is because of his actions and what is not or merely the norm.
