What a mess.
THEY decided they could craft something actually better (and I am SURE there are ways to make the ACA better), BUT they were so "hell-bent" on the repeal that they really never gave true thought to a valid replacement in the 8 years they continuously put down a plan that is even better with all its flaws than the one they are coming up with.

He went on Fox and said we should abolish the CBO.
