Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul marched to the House side of the Capitol Thursday morning, knocked on a locked door and demanded to see a copy of the House's bill to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, which he believed was being kept under lock and key.
BIG Problems when their own Party members are kept in the dark !

Just one more albatross the GOP has decided to take a whack at.
Well they ONLY had 8 years to formulate a much better plan.

I never realized that this being out of power thing could be so much fun.

Well, it WON'T be fun for millions of Americans IF the GOP doesn't come up with a better replacement plan.

A little twist on the philosophical Tree Falling in the Forest
If a bill falls in the Capitol and only a few Republicans are allowed to read it, can it become a law?

I did kind of chuckle when Nancy Pelosi, who famously said during the original debate over the ACA, "We need to pass the bill to learn what's in it.", said today she needed to know what was in the Republican plan before she could vote on it.
Anyway, we absolutely should be demanding transparency from the GOP throughout this process and if they won't even show it to a fellow republican, we should definitely be concerned.
This is also another reason why we should try and pull as many tax dollars out of D.C. and send it back to the states.
The last thing we need is Trumpcare.

Some interesting context to that quote. Pelosi never actually said that Congress needed to pass the bill without knowing what was in it.
Pelosi: People won’t appreciate reform until it passes
Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Tuesday that people won’t appreciate how great the Democrat’s health plan is until after it passes.
“You’ve heard about the controversies, the process about the bill…but I don’t know if you’ve heard that it is legislation for the future – not just about health care for America, but about a healthier America,” she told the National Association of Counties annual legislative conference, which has drawn about 2,000 local officials to Washington. “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it – away from the fog of the controversy.”
