First off there were likely more available seats on the Democrat side ! 

Forgetting the levity, the issue is more than just who sits where. What got Flynn in hot water is the likelihood that he violated the Logan Act and this could extend to others that now are in the Trump Administration. 

The thing with Session is NOT a Logan Act but rather an astonishing lack of awareness of his own circumstances especially considering his testimony in front of Congress. Don't know if he is so unaware or what of what he said which itself could be considered perjury. The weird thing was that in the case of the questioning from Sen Franken, the question was not even directed at him, but he jumped in with both feet to deny his involvement which was odd in itself. In any case, as I said before it does not reflect well on him or the Administration which has been dogged by this controversy. 

It isn't going away no matter what anyone thinks. Even some of the R-tribe is getting on board. Depending what comes out, they will have no other choice.
