Unfortunately some look at that and agree.
Trump USES things (fear in this case) to appeal to peoples base instincts. No one wants to let in terrorists but Trump plays on fears of things that are less likely to happen than home grown terrorism. We need to be smart about this and NOT knee-jerk reactionists. In reality SOME of his actions will likely increase the chances we will see attacks on our homeland by both stoking hatred of those trying to bring us down as well as suppress those that we need co-operation from.
