Check the responses to President Trump's speech last night!
People full of rage and anger at an unbelievable level.
I am posting the title of one but will have to bleep out a profane word.
If foul language brothers you don't click on the link.
I *ucking hate him.

Politics make people nuts.

I am sure some DO hate him.
Unless you can say that those on the right did not hate Obama, then perhaps there is just one side to this political divide.
I expect that I will not be really hearing anything back to refute my observation.

I am sure that no one ever expressed hatred for Obama.
Why are we focused on what some fringe people post on the web?

So, if we are to believe the wackos that post on the democraticunderground.com, I guess if Donald was asked to give himself a grade on his unifying America speech last night, he'd have to give himself an "F".
Hey Common, from my perspective, the wackos on the left are no better than the wackos on the right. Unfortunately, in reality, our president has done little to really unify this ridiculously divided political nation. In fact, his boisterous, emotional, and uncompromising rhetoric have deepened the divide. One toned down speech that contained no viable action plans, but sprinkled with talk of unity (and that's all it is -- just talk) will not heal that growing divide. What we need is cooperation, collaboration, and compromise to develop viable plans that benefit the majority of the American people. Thus far, I haven't seen any indication from either political party, and in particular those in the current administration, that they are working in this direction.
PS: I do think Paul Ryan and Mike Pence in their Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum, matching outfits and expressions were looked really cute sitting behind Dear leader last night. There's nothing Dear leader likes better than coordinated smiling, standing, and clapping.
