I saw that sketch last night on the broadcast. If you've watched one of Spicer's 'press briefings' you'll appreciate what an accurate, funny, and sarcastic depiction of Spicer's attempts to act like he is in complete control through trying to intimidate the reporters. Unfortunately, he continually puts his foot in his mouth, gets his 'facts' wrong, and tries to blame the administration's miscues on others.
I got a kick out of DeVos coming to the lectern to explain her 'qualifications'.
So yeah . . . SNL and Melissa McCarthy hit the nail on the head with this one.

SNL is one of the best !
BTW, does anyone ever catch a "Capitol Steps" show ? They have a couple of traveling groups and have played at the Strand-Capitol a number of times. They are also great on political humor.
