Pretty much superficially meaningless as Iran current gets most of any needed components from Russia or Korea. or other OIC members. Further, Iran has developed over the last decade or so pretty much the internal technology it needs to create a more modern missile system. They have gone to primarily a solid state fuel system for a number of technological and logistic reasons. What they lack, however, is an up to date guidance system allowing for precise targeting (let's hope it stays that way). That they have launched satellites (Venus I) successfully is an indication that they already have placed an importance on what the missile technology means to them and will continue to expand their own country's expertise in that area.
