I feel a "tweetstorm" coming on because of the 6 point drop !
Must be "fake news".
Maybe we should look at what the OTHER Pollsters have to say on the subject ?

Rasmussen . . . Historically not a very accurate pollster.
Here are the results from some other polling organizations . . . I'm sure they're rigged.
Poll. Favorable. Unfavorable. No Opinion
CNN/ORC. 44%. 53%. 3%
Monmouth. 34%. 46%. 20%
ABC/WaPo. 43%. 54%. 3%
Gallup. 45%. 45%. 10%
FDU. 37%. 57%. 6%
Quinnipiac. 36%. 44%. 20%
There's probably more rigged polls out there, but the consensus is the Trump's favorable rating is around 40% on average whereas his unfavorable rating averages around 50% and his ratings seem to be going south rapidly in these early stages of his administration.
One thing that can be said for sure is the Trump has some huuuuuge cajones for criticizing Swartzenegger's ratings on the new celebrity apprentice . . . Especially when Trump, himself is the executive producer of that schlock program.
