Mr President, that is called pillaging and whether you know it or not it is against US military law and International law.
I don't think (as a matter of fact I know) that I have ever been more embarrased by any President than our current POTUS.

Kinda reminds me of the Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz claim that our "incursion" into Iraq wouldn't cost us anything (other than injuries/loss of life for military personnel) because we would be fully reimbursed for any costs associated with the war by Iraqi oil revenues.
That myth didn't come to fruition and neither will this empty headed threat.
