Re: Inauguration Concert in 2017 Compared to 2009

The anti Vietnam Nam war demonstrations in the late 60's and early 70's attracted more people to the national mall than the 2017 inaugural festivities.

You guys are right.  Trump claims the photos were rigged, anyway.  Carry on.

Re: Inauguration Concert in 2017 Compared to 2009

Here's what I understand to be a comparison of the Mall at the time of inauguration (noon) between 2009 and 2017.

2009 on top. 2017 on bottom.

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. But interesting to compare and contrast.

I think you're going to see a lot of different United States of America over the next three, four, or eight years. - President Donald J. Trump

The real popularity on election day is not what matters. What matters is how they are perceived after enacting their agendas.

This election was truly historic just as Obama's was. The reasons were different, but historic nevertheless.

Agree with you 100%.

Seems like a petty attempt to show Trump is not as popular as Obama was when he took office, which we all knew.

In the end, this doesn't matter at all.

Brady is right.  When Trump leaves office we shall re-visit the approval ratings and compare.
