Tempest in a teacup.
I'm more interested in Paul's rather reckless comments about vaccinations.

Sexist? In no way. Rude? Yes, on the part of both. If you are going to ask a question of someone during an interview at least have the curtesy of allowing them to respond. Also, there's a reason why I never watch Sunday morning shows or daytime get-to-gethers. People love to talk over each other--to the point of getting into shouting matches because everyone thinks their point of view is more important and then no one understands what anyone is saying. This is where both Kelly Evans and Rand Paul were headed.

Rand Paul should adhere to that old adage: "make sure your brain is engaged before you put your mouth in gear".
As with most politicians who say something that their handlers later have to "clarify" after the fact, you would think Paul would think about what he is saying. When his staff realizes his stupid statements are not polling well, the clarification express gets into full gear. Unfortunately, especially in this day and age, once those words come flying out of your mouth you can't suck them back in. Ask Chris Christie.
