Fox is a successful business model.
It is not a good news outlet.
Sorry, Tim.

Serious question, Tim. What news outlets do you trust for giving you unbiased, straight, matter-of-fact news?

Tim, if I were you I would spend less time worrying about whether a newspaper was conservative and more worrying about whether their reporting was accurate.
The mission is NOT to find sources that tell you what you want to hear.
The mission is to be informed.

That MSM hype is a fabrication of the right. They don't seem to bitch about reporting on Fox. And for the last time, most people get their news from NEITHER of the cable news networks.
I get a kick out of those that think FOX and other outlets are NOT part of the MSM. What a hoot !For God's sake, mention MSM and all the left can do is parrot what about Fox! One fricken station in a sea of left wing reporting. Boy, Fox trumps (
) every other outlet for new. ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, wow, Fox has so much pull with the public. How about newspapers? I was about to cancel my subscription to the YDR when they said that those who were going to vote for Trump are closet racists, etc..... In all the newspapers I've read I've only found one conservative paper, the Washington Times. Oh, and for the record Fox wasn't a Trump supporter either from what I heard. I don't know for sure since I never watch that channel.
Brainwashed !
BTW, MOST of the criticsm of Trump came from what he ACTALLY said or did !
And none of it can be denied given that most if not all was said and done in front of a national tv audience, or in a twit or in front of a tv camera held by a live media person. There's little from Trump than can be denied--truthfully.

Tennyson makes a great point that seems to have been forgotten.
Most of the criticism trump faces is in response to what he has actually said, and how he has comported himself. The name-calling, the rants, the obvious untruths, the disparagement of anyone who disfavors him.
I mean, the man makes outrageous statements, and the press seems to be hated by Trumpers for simply taking note of them.
Is the press supposed to ignore this?
Does the fault lay with the guy who reports the dumbass remark, or with the guy who made the dumbass remark?

The press did all they could to demonize him using their version of fake news. They distorted many things he said for example repeatedly branding him a racist simply for his declaring his intention of deporting illegals. Calling him an islamophobe because he wanted to halt the flow of un-vetted Muslims until a better system was in place. I don't think I saw the word misogyny used until it was directed at Trump. What word would you use to describe someone who uses their power to harass and bully a victim of sexual abuse in order to protect the abuser?

Fred, is there any outlet that just tells the news without adding in the authors bias? I just try to get the story from several sources and try to come up with what I think most likely is the truth.

Sorry, Tim.
Didn't say it was, like I said, I don't watch Fox. But it isn't any worse than the other news channels.

Good question. I'd give Reuters and BBC a shot if I were you. I use them quite alot ............. they just give you the straight poop as good as any media outlets I've found.
