Re: Stop trying to undermine Trump legitimacy

Interesting thing about polls.
I'm no statistician, but I'm rolling my eyes at this one.

Please refer to page 58.
52% pecrent of republicans interviewed said that Obama was "definitely" or "Probably" born in Kenya.
Ha! What losers. 52 % of Republicans are out of touch with reality.
But,,,,, only 1376 people were interviewed in this poll. And they aren't all republicans. In fact, the unweighted number of republicans responding to the question was 318.
52 % of 318 is 165 people.

And, (Page 62) the number that launched this thread,,,52% of democrats belief that the Russians hacked vote tallies?
Well 539 democrats responded to  that question.
52% would be 280 people.

Are we really comfortable concluding what democrats think, or what republicans think based upon the responses by 165, or 280 people? (165, or 280 people who still use a landline, don't immediately hang up, and are motivated enough to answer 127 questions!)
I'm not

We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
