It’s been a very dangerous year for police officers. And we just
lost a PA State trooper. 64 officers were killed in firearm-related incidents in 2016 — a 56 percent increase over 2015. A sad day for our state!

Apparently this guy has strong anti-cop sentiments, I saw a report where he posted on Facebook the only good cop is a dead one.
I don't think it is a coincidence that all of the anti-police rhetoric that has taken place over the last couple of years coincides with a huge increase of police officers being shot in the past year

It's all connected.
Anti-police rhetoric has increased. And Anti-cop rhetoric didn't just arise out of the thin air.
The fact that every hate-filled wacko seems to have a firearm seems to fit into the equation in some way as well.

Hope they catch the scumbag soon.
Heartfelt sympathies to Trooper Weaver and his friends, family, and fellow PSP troopers.

I am seeing reports that the dirtbag, whom I will not name has been killed in a shootout.
Apparently, he has a long history of being a dirtbag.
"A search of Huntingdon County court records showed Dirtbag is no stranger to law enforcement here.
Dirtbag has been arrested about a dozen times over the past decade, most frequently by Pennsylvania State Police at Huntingdon and the Huntingdon Borough Police.
Many of the cases are closed, with charges ranging from DUI and public drunkenness to burglary, arson, harassment and assault. Several were accompanied by short prison terms.
He was awaiting formal arraignment on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving without a license in a Dec. 6 incident in Huntingdon Borough.
Dirtbag was arrested April 4 by Pennsylvania State Police for unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury, simple assault and harassment"
