Oh boy. Here We Go Again.
Just came off southbound I83 (exit 35), driving past northbound backup miles long. Car had all fours up in the air which is all I could see besides multiple emergency equipment already on the scene and many more vehicles trying to reach it. It's going to be awhile people.

Also a crash on Freysville Road at the Windsor Road intersection. This was an hour and a half ago.

That intersection had lots of crashes when it was a 4-way stop.
Having the signal has only increased the speed of the vehicles colliding.
