Miss Piggy to the rescue! Muppet saves 90-year-old Tony Bennett from falling off Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade float
Miss Piggy managed to save Tony Bennett from taking a tumble off a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade float.
The Muppet and the 90-year-old singer had just finished a duet of 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town' on Thursday when their parade float started moving again.
Cameras captured the singer momentarily losing his balance.
The 'I Left My Heart in San Francisco' singer tried to grab hold of a prop on the float.
Miss Piggy quickly put her arm out to help steady Bennett and stop him falling off the float.
She was one of several Muppets, including Kermit the Frog, out in force to help celebrate the parade.
An estimated 3.5 million people converged on the 90th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York.
