In a little over a month we will elect the next President of the United States.
He will have to deal with;
a resurgent Russia. A nuclear-armed North Korea. A crisis in Syria that may destabilize Western Europe, and may radicalize Turkey.
A huge budget deficit. Crumbling infrastructure.
Stagnant wages. Trade agreements.
A strained relationship between some police and some minorities.
Climate change, Public health problems like Zika.
The list goes on and on.
And our republican nominee is doing this:
Trump: 'Check out sex tape' of former Miss Universe
Donald Trump encouraged voters to "check out" a sex tape allegedly made by the Former Ms Universe in an unprecedented attack on the woman's background
The man is obsessed with this woman. On the eve of the election.
Really? People would vote for this guy. They think that this guy knows anything about or cares at all about the problems that they have to deal with in their lives?
I am incredulous that the man gets any votes.
This is madness. You might not like Hillary, but, holy cow, don't toss our future away with this guy.

An interesting question comes to mind.
Is Hillary Clinton Brilliant is bringing this up, or just unbelievably lucky?
She wins the debate. And tweeks Trump into a 4 day (and counting) bender of Crazy Donald.
That's four precious days where the narrative is not Outsider vs Washington insider, Change vs status quo,
Instead it's four days of appearing thin-skinned and self absorbed. It's four days of not challenging Clinton, but attacking a third party. It plays into narratives of misogyny, and racism.
Brilliant.

Somehow I believe his supporters will develop selective amnesia.
By supporting Trump they're supporting his madness, misogyny, hatred, paranoia...the list goes on.
They're too far gone to back out now.
If they did they'd be admitting they were wrong and none of them will ever admit this.

His "revenge benders" are unbelievable. This man has no control at all.

What is a 'revenge bender' ?

Every time someone or something gets under his skin he takes to twitter and usually unleashes on them. The latest was about this gal that was one of his first Miss Universe contestants that he called "Miss Piggy" because she gained a lot of weight after winning the crown and I guess spoiled his making a lot of money off of her looks. He is a real schmuck. Well he cannot leave well enough alone (all the times) and has to either go on a bender of offensive tweets or statements in defense of his indefensible behavior. He is unfit as a human being let alone a POTUS.

It's a great term. Wonderful imagery.
Trump gave up the Crazy when he got his two new advisers.
With that leadership shakeup, Mr. Trump’s team has tried to instill a more disciplined approach that has been heavier on scripted speeches and policy. We saw a more subdued and controlled Donald.
But, he cannot let a slight pass, and is embarrassed by his defeat - by a woman - in the debate.
So, Controlled Donald falls off the wagon, and goes on a revenge bender soon to enter its fifth day.
A week of Crazy Donald this late in the game might just be something that seals the deal.
I'm praying
