Folks, MOST of our problems do not come from the TOP (ie-POTUS) but are systemically embedded in our Congress. Till we tell our Congressmen (via our votes and likely voting them OUT if they cannot) do OUR BUSINESS, then we are doomed to have this bi-partisan gridlock that cares more about blame than accomplishing anything.
