Landline to Cell?
Is there any way that I can get an incoming call on my land line to ring on my land line phone AND cell phone as well?
Sometimes I get a call and my cordless phone is in another room (Or I can't find it) and it would be really cool if I could take the call on my iphone.

Usually you need some sort of service to do that. For example, thorough my PBX at work, I can have my office phone and cell phone ring in both places.
So if you had Vonage, or Magik Jack, or even Comcast, there is likely a feature that allows that to happen. But there isn't a standalone app that you can put on your phone that would allow that to happen.
