Morning Joe asks retired general and former head of the NSA,
"I have a lot of people asking recently, oh Donald Trump might not be the most stable guy in the world, but there must be enough checks and balances to prevent him from launching a nuclear weapon. Could you walk us through, What balances and safeguards are in place if an unstable President orders a nuclear strike on a country that has angered him?"

The answer will provide little comfort.
