I have run out of terms to express incredulity and outrage.
Trump spokeswoman: Obama probably caused Khan's death
Donald Trump campaign spokeswoman Katrina Pierson said President Obama, who took office in 2009, may be to blame for Capt. Humayun Khan's death in 2004.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

His spokeswoman has about a much knowledge of history as the Donald himself. Someone really needs to tell her that Bush was the Commander in Chief at the time. Perhaps she got her degree at Trump U. ! What a bunch of bumbling, incompetent set of individuals the whole campaign team is as well as its leader !

The Trumpers are not only ignorant of history, they miss the whole point of the Khan controversy.
Mr. Khan never blamed Donald Trump for his son's death. He said that his son, a remarkable young man, a credit to his nation, would have never been permitted to come to the United States if Trump's hare-brained Muslim ban had been in place when they immigrated.
He pointed to the constitution which clearly prohibits religious tests, and he asked what Donald have ever sacrificed.
It was a powerful speech. And, by Friday evening the news cycle would have started moving on; that is, if Donald hadn't;
Insulted a gold star mother,
Slandered their religion,
Said that the father "had no right" to speak his mind,
and insisted that he had sacrificed as much as a gold star family.

Neither Trump or his lovers will ever understand what Khan's speech really said.

During an animated discussion about his former boss Tuesday night on CNN, former Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski suggested that President Barack Obama might be concealing his true birthplace by withholding his transcripts from his time at Harvard University.
