WASHINGTON — Ending one of the longest, costliest and most bitterly partisan congressional investigations in history, the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued its final report on Tuesday, finding no new evidence of culpability or wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton in the 2012 attacks in Libya that left four Americans dead.
Feel free to read the 800-page report. Should be great beach reading for the summer.

Yeah . . . And a bargain for taxpayers. All this time and "effort" that resulted in virtually no new or useful information cost us somewhere in the neighborhood of $13.5 million.
What a bargain !
And what great use of our legislators' time.

$13 million doesn't buy as much witch hunt as it used to.
We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.
