The death of Freddy Gray is a case where the prosecutors thought they could win convictions on emotions alone, facts and justice be damned. Thankfully the judges and juries weren't/aren't stupid enough to play along.

I was responding to the man and what I believe about him.
The judge, I believe, was hindered by the blue wall.
The judge was hindered from all I have been able to read by an inept prosecution in relation to the evidence that they brought forth to support their case pure and simple. If the judge made an error, then the prosecution will have to appeal to a higher court, but I believe they lack sufficient evidence to do so.

Yea, the evidence was lacking because the cops cover for their own.
